With the exception of a brief period in July (NT) any use or purchase of fireworks requires a state government issued licence.

For information on these licences please contact your state regulator below as they issue those licences and are the best source of information.

In NSW we can assist you to organise a DIY kit and permit if you are having a public or community event. See the DIY page. These kits are outstanding value and are very popular for fund raising events.



If you want some fireworks in another state we can arrange one of our technicians to assist you or we can put you in touch with your closest licenced technician.
